All products are made to order. Once you place an order, it enters production before being shipped.

Production time typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

During peak periods or product launches, production times may be longer.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  1. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.

United Kingdom

Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch

United States

Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch

European Union

Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch

Canada

Estimated delivery: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to high seasonal demand, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or events outside our control.

  1. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.

If your order contains multiple products, items may ship separately.

  1. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

  1. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.

  1. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information and contact the carrier. If you still need assistance, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement.

If tracking shows the order as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  1. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  1. Split Shipments

Some orders may be fulfilled from different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
