RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Mashed, all products are made to order especially for you. Because of this, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail stores.


Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.


 1. Made to Order Products

All items are produced on demand once your order is placed. This means we do not hold stock and cannot accept general returns.


We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:


• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered
• Incorrect colour selected
• Buyer’s remorse

Please review size charts and product details carefully before purchasing.


 2. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Orders


If an order is returned due to:

• An incorrect or incomplete address
• Failure to collect the parcel
• Refusal of delivery


The order will be returned to our fulfilment partner.


You may request reshipment once the address is confirmed. Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.


We are not responsible for address errors entered at checkout.
 3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.


To qualify for a replacement or refund:


• You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
• You must provide clear photos showing the issue
• The issue must be manufacturing or fulfilment related


If approved, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.


Low resolution artwork or customer supplied customisation errors are not eligible for replacement.
 4. Lost in Transit


All orders include tracking.


If your order appears lost:


• Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date
• We will investigate with the carrier


If confirmed lost in transit, we will replace the order at no additional cost.


If tracking shows the order as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with neighbours or your local postal service.
 5. Delays


Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.


Delays may occur due to:


• Carrier issues
• Customs processing
• High seasonal demand


Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds unless the order is confirmed lost.
 6. EU and International Orders


Customers are responsible for any customs duties or local taxes that may apply in their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
 7. Refund Process


If a refund is approved:


• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider


We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
